What size of system can I do?
The 1 kW to 1 MW range, what changes as systems get larger, and where review kicks in.

The range
The tool sizes from 1 kW up to 1 MW of inverter output, with up to 5 MWh of storage and a 1.5 MWp array. That covers a single-room off-grid supply, a villa, an office block, a shopping centre and a factory on the same engine.
What actually changes with size
- The coincidence factor. A home with six loads assumes they nearly all run together. A commercial building with fifty circuits assumes they do not. A process plant assumes they do, because production schedules say so.
- The equipment. Small systems match single-phase hybrid inverters and wall-mounted battery modules; large ones match three-phase commercial inverters in parallel and rack-mounted storage.
- The bill of materials. Cable cross-sections, isolators, boards and earthing all step up through size bands, so a large plant is quoted busduct and an LV panel rather than 10 mm2 cable and a consumer unit.
Where engineering review begins
Above roughly 300 kW the result carries a review note. The sizing is sound, but at that scale the transformer rating, protection grading, export limitation and the utility's connection offer all shape the design, and none of those are things a sizing tool should decide on its own.
Moving the limits
An administrator can change the ceilings under Settings -> Engine settings - maximum inverter kW, maximum battery kWh, maximum array kWp and the longest backup window. Raising them above the equipment your catalogue actually carries will produce sizes with no matching combination, so raise the catalogue at the same time.
